Common questions
How much does rendering cost in Sydney?
It depends on the substrate, access, the finish you choose and the size of the area. Most jobs are priced per square metre with scaffolding, repairs and painting itemised separately. We provide free on-site quotes so the price you get is the price you pay.
Can you render over existing brick or old render?
Yes. Face brick, common brick, besser block, Hebel, foam and most previously rendered walls can be rendered. Old or drummy render is tested and removed where needed so the new coat bonds properly.
What is the difference between cement and acrylic render?
Cement render is a traditional sand and cement mix that is hard-wearing and economical. Acrylic render has polymers added, making it more flexible, more crack-resistant and ideal for lightweight substrates like Hebel and foam.
How long does rendering take?
A typical single-storey house exterior takes around 1–2 weeks including prep, render, curing and painting. Weather and the size of the job will affect this — we give you a realistic timeline in your quote.
Do you fix cracked or damaged render?
